Vane air motors (also called rotary vane motors) are the most common pneumatic motor of the world. They are available in a broad range of power and can operate in any position. Vane air motors are used in numerous applications, most suitable for light to medium duty operation. Most typical applications are conveyor belts, mixing equipment, hoists and winches. The GLOBE Vane Air Motors are also often used in explosive environments because of their unique design. Our vane air motors are intrinsically safe and self-cooling and their design makes them maintenance-friendly and easy to use. In addition, they are lighter and smaller than electric motors and have a long service life.
