2532 Stepper motor
The BPS stepper motor series consists of three frame sizes: the BPS 1620, the BPS 1623 and the BPS 2532. All variants operate with three cylinders driven by the corresponding valves, which can be controlled, for example, via a PLC. Due to their construction, the stepper motors can rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise, making a 3° step per activation. Smaller steps can be achieved using a reduction gearbox.
Suitable for a wide range of applications
The stepper motors are suitable for numerous applications. Not only because they are resistant to dust, contamination and strong magnetic fields, but also because they operate in temperatures from -25 to +70°C. They offer high accuracy of ±9 arcminutes, independent of the number of steps. The available torque of the 2532 model is 10 Nm. These features make the motors suitable for rotary and linear drive systems (via a hollow shaft), adjusting machine components, positioning and precise dosing (e.g. with a screw feeder).
